Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- We are looking for candidates with expertise in at least one of the following core areas:
- Full-Stack/Backend Developers (with JavaScript proficiency):
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (including modern frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js for frontend).
- Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript (including modern frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js for frontend).
- Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript (including modern frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js for frontend).
- Strong proficiency in Ruby and JavaScript (including modern frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js for frontend).
Blockchain Developers:
- Proven experience in Blockchain technologies and development (e.g., Solidity, smart contracts, decentralised applications (dApps), knowledge of various blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.).
General Requirements for All Candidates:
- Solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
