Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:
- Perform WMS, CRM, and ERP transactions (receipts, transfers, issues)
- Print and attach bin/barcode labels as per SOP
- Assist order staging and picking via handheld devices
- Ensure system accuracy for stock positions
- Raise system-related issues and follow up with IT team
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
You would be a strong candidate if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business-related fields
- Possess 3+ years experience working in a system-based warehouse role in a busy environment
- Have experience with WMS, ERP, and handheld devices
- Demonstrate attention to detail in transaction accuracy and system syncing
- Have advanced skills in large volume data management and analysis skills
- Demonstrate strong comprehension of warehouse process flows and bin logic
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work under minimal supervision
