Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & System Accuracy

• Maintain precise stock records using Odoo ERP and ensure all entries reflect actual movements.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert relevant departments when thresholds are approached (without engaging in procurement decisions).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and quarterly physical stock takes; escalate and document discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory performance reports (e.g., aging, turnover, shrinkage) and report irregularities to management.
• Enforce stock control procedures including FIFO, bin accuracy, and security protocols.
• Ensure separation of duties by collaborating with the designated counter-checking personnel for validations.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff involved in inventory movement and system updates.

Receiving Oversight

• Supervise incoming deliveries and confirm alignment with supporting documentation (e.g., delivery notes, GRNs).
• Check for visible damage or quality issues and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and data entry in Odoo are completed promptly and accurately.

Binning & Storage

• Assign appropriate storage locations based on item type and space availability.
• Ensure all items are accurately binned, labeled, and recorded in the system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse layout that promotes operational efficiency.

Dispatch Coordination

• Collaborate with sales and operations to prioritize and prepare outgoing orders.
• Oversee the picking, packing, and labeling process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor dispatch activities to ensure customer delivery timelines are met.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of auto spare parts handling, storage, and classification.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• High attention to detail with the ability to uphold data accuracy and stock integrity.
