Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly
• Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations
• Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests
• Process bills accurately and manage tips
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and mise-en-place
• Upsell specials, desserts, and beverages
• Adhere to food safety and service standards

Key Outputs/Deliverables

• 95%+ guest satisfaction in F&B
• Consistent achievement of individual sales targets

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service
• 1+ year experience in fine dining or 4–5 star hotel
• Excellent grooming and pleasant personality
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service sequence
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantage
