Volunteer Marketing & Social Impact Consultant Associate Agent – Peace, Income Redistribution & Prosperity (Remote)
Job Description:
Graham Nyambura Marketing & Beyond is seeking dedicated and motivated volunteers to serve as Marketing & Social Impact Consultant Associate Agents. In this role, your primary focus will be on facilitating effective communication and counseling to identify social issues, promote income redistribution, and support market stability in Kenya. Your efforts will contribute to reducing market failures and social protests through strategic psycho-social support and advocacy.
This is a remote, volunteer position that requires no formal contract. To be recognized as an agent and earn from your consultations, all necessary compliance and documentation requirements must be met, including submission of national ID and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN certificate.
Key Points:
- No interview required.
- Application, review, on-boarding (submission of ID and PIN), and consultancy are the steps to engagement.
- You will be assigned an agent number.
- You will earn a 40% consultancy fee per successful client engagement.
- Graham Nyambura Marketing & Beyond will not cover any expenses incurred during consultations.
- All consultancy fees are subject to applicable taxes, including VAT and withholding tax.
- Payments are made by the 5th of the following month after successful client engagement.
- Multiple consultations with the same client or changing consultants are permitted.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand and confirm their social and economic problems through counseling.
- Inform clients about the existence of issues but do not offer direct solutions.
- Collect and submit client information, including names, contact details, and address for invoicing and report submission.
- Collect and submit evidence describing the issues for each consultation, such as interview transcripts, screenshots, emails, or other relevant documentation.
- Submit client information and evidence via email to Graham Nyambura Marketing & Beyond Social Lab.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Coordinate with the Graham Nyambura Marketing & Beyond Social Lab for reporting and follow-up.
- Assist in raising awareness about income redistribution, market stability, and social peace through communication.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Basic understanding of social issues, market dynamics, and community development.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Passion for social impact, peace-building, and economic development.
