What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and promotion of our volunteer trips and Kilimanjaro fundraising climbs
- Build long-lasting relationships with donors and supporters
- Organise and run fundraising events—including our annual golf day and Oxford Half Marathon team
- Grow our digital and social media presence
- Create and manage school, youth, and university partnerships, including the Turing Scheme
- Support income generation and promotion of our Global Storybook Project
- Deliver engaging content and educational sessions for young people

What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator and relationship-builder
- Strong event planning and organisational skills with a focus on fundraising
- Experience using social media and digital tools
