  • Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of various animal cases.
  • Administer prescribed medications, vaccinations, and routine veterinary treatments.
  • Conduct comprehensive animal health assessments and oversee patient follow-up care.
  • Educate clients on best practices for animal care, nutrition, and disease prevention.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date treatment logs and patient medical records.
  • Assist in the collection of laboratory samples and the execution of basic diagnostic tests.
  • Participate actively in field visits, regional vaccination drives, and community outreach programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with established clinic policies and national veterinary regulations.
  • Diploma or Degree in Animal Health and Production or a related veterinary field.
  • Mandatory registration with the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB).
  • Possession of a valid and current KVB practicing license.
  • Proven experience in handling and treating large animals.
  • Solid understanding of animal healthcare protocols and safe handling techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for digital record-keeping and reporting.
