Tutorial Fellow- Health System Management Job MNUC

Responsible for conducting tutorials, preparing learning materials, guiding students through coursework, marking assignments, supporting research activities, and assisting lecturers with curriculum delivery and academic administration. Requires a relevant Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gatundu.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be holders of Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Nutrition and Dietetics or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized University.
• Must be holder of Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited and recognized University.
• Registered for Ph.D. in the area of specialty.
• Must Be registered with the Kenya Nutritionists & Dieticians Institute.
• University teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Job Specification:

• This will be the entry grade for Master’s degree holders into this cadre. An officer at this level will work under direct supervision of a senior officer.

Terms of Service

• Employment for Lecturer positions will be on permanent and pensionable terms.
• Tutorial Fellows will be engaged on a one year contract (renewable twice) based on progress made towards attaining a Ph.D.
• The appointed candidates will be remunerated as per the Inter Public University Councils Consultative Forum (IPUCCF) and 2021-2025 CBA approved salary rates.
