Job Purpose:

The Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels, documents, and goods to clients and offices, while ensuring professionalism, customer satisfaction, and adherence to traffic and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and goods as assigned.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify delivery details and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and collections.
• Maintain assigned motorcycle in clean and roadworthy condition.
• Conduct routine checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Handle parcels with care and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
• Assist with other errands or messenger duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Tuk tuk driver license.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience as a Driver in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of [local area/region] routes and traffic patterns.
• Certificate of Good Conduct from relevant authorities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is an added advantage.
