A reputable group of companies in Nairobi is seeking a Transport Supervisor to oversee our fleet and drivers/riders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all company vehicles, drivers, and riders
- Enforce discipline and operational procedures
- Monitor mileage, fueling.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and licensing
- Ensure proper reporting, handovers, and shift compliance
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Transport, Logistics, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in fleet/transport management
- Strong leadership, discipline, and organizational skills
- Must have a driver’s license
- Must know defensive driving
