As part of its growth and commitment to excellence, the school is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transport Coordinator to oversee the transportation operations of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management & Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the fleet, ensuring that they are regularly serviced, compliant with safety standards, and ready for daily operations. - Employee Management & Discipline:
Supervise and manage transport staff, including drivers and assistants. Ensure adherence to company policies and discipline in the workplace. - Liaison with Parents:
Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding transport-related matters. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on transport services and schedules. - Routing & Scheduling:
Plan and coordinate efficient transport routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students. Optimize routes for fuel efficiency and minimize delays. - Transport Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date transport data, including student registers, vehicle logs, and maintenance records. - Service Quality & Safety:
Ensure that all transport services meet the required safety and quality standards. Monitor service delivery and make improvements as necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure that all transport operations comply with relevant transport laws and regulations. Prepare reports related to fleet status, maintenance, and transport efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management, or any other relevant academic qualification.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a school or educational institution transport setting.
