Training and Development Manager Job

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Training and Development Manager to join our customer’s team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement training programs that support employee growth, performance, and engagement in a fully remote environment. Your expertise will drive continuous learning and enable our team to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials aligned with organizational goals.
  • Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring knowledge retention and skill enhancement.
  • Assess and analyze training needs to craft targeted learning solutions for various teams and departments.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS), tracking progress and measuring outcomes.
  • Utilize instructional design best practices to create impactful e-learning modules and blended learning programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven approaches and recommend improvements for continuous growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to champion a culture of professional development and knowledge sharing.

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, ideally in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver training both virtually and in written formats with exceptional clarity and engagement.
  • Strong command of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, empathetic, and impactful messaging.
  • Analytical mindset, adept at evaluating training needs and outcomes to inform decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of balancing multiple initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a remote and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
