This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for a Training and Activation Officer. The primary responsibilities include conducting training sessions for clients to ensure they can effectively use Avenews’ services and tools. The role involves creating training materials, delivering workshops, providing technical support, and onboarding new clients to the platform. Additionally, you will gather feedback to improve the training process and foster client satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients. The role may also require collaborating with internal teams to align training activities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including designing training materials and conducting workshops or sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to analyze client feedback and implement improvements to the training and onboarding process.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Proficiency with technology, tools, or platforms related to business management, client onboarding, or training delivery.
- A background in the agriculture industry, training, or a related field is preferred.
- Education in Business Administration, Agriculture, Education, or a related discipline is advantageous.
