Duties and Responsibilities

• Train students in the respective technical and vocational courses
• Prepare professional documents of a trainer
• Deliver both theoretical and practical lessons
• Assess and evaluate trainee performance
• Guide and mentor trainees in skills development
• Maintain training equipment and workshops
• Ensure safety and adherence to training standards
• Participate in curriculum development and institutional activities
• Any other duty assigned by the principal

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualifications in the relevant field
• Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage
• Registration with TVETA and/or relevant professional body where applicable
• Good communication and instructional skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
