We are looking for a results-driven Trade Representative to drive revenue
growth within Nairobi through strong account management, effective retai
execution, and close collaboration with distributor and van sales teams.
The role focuses on delivering secondary sales, ensuring product availability, and maximizing in-store presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region
- Manage key retail accounts and execute commercial plans
- Ensure effective retail coverage through DSRs and van sales teams
- Monitor and grow secondary sales performance
- Maintain optimal product availability and distribution in trade
- Enforce pricing compliance and track market/competitor activity
- Uphold high standards of in-store execution (visibility & merchandising)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years’ FMCG sales experience
- Experience working with Distributors and RTM Teams
