In this role, you will engage directly with surgeons, theatre nurses, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams to deliver value-driven medical technology solutions that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Driving revenue growth through theatre-based sales
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Building long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
Supporting product demonstrations, trials, and clinical training
Translating technical solutions into clear clinical value

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical or medical sales
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand biomedical concepts
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability
Willingness to travel as required
