Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain consistent communication.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with the sales team and supervisor to improve performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
