Key Responsibilities
Lead & Manage Telemarketing Team
- Recruit, train, and supervise telemarketers or sales agents.
- Set clear performance targets
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Develop scripts and call strategies to onboard new customers.
- Upsell or cross-sell betting products, promotions,
- Re-engage dormant or inactive users.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute outbound calling campaigns (e.g., for major sports events or new games).
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with promotions and offers.
- Track campaign results and optimize strategies based on performance.
Compliance & Responsible Gambling
- Ensure all communication adheres to gambling regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Train staff on responsible gambling practices and how to spot signs of problematic behavior.
- Work closely with the compliance team to implement industry best practices.
Data & Reporting
- Use CRM systems to track interactions, conversions, and user feedback.
- Generate reports on call outcomes, lead quality, and ROI.
- Provide insights to improve targeting and marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers
- Ensure quality of service and personalized customer experiences over the phone.
Collaboration with Other Teams
- Work with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Share customer feedback to help shape product offerings and promotions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in Telemarketing, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
