Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow distributors, agro-vets, and key accounts in-market sales, distribution and merchandising in the assigned territory.
- Define, recommend & ensure execution of optimal Go-To-Market Strategy, key channels, key customers coverage & service requirements.
- Manage commercial projects, new channels, new customers, new business or geographic development as identified.
- Ensure achievement of in-store execution excellence at POP (Look of success).
- Market demand creation.
Qualifications, skills & competencies:
- Certificate/Diploma in Animal Health or Bachelors in Veterinary Medicine.
- Proven track record in Distribution Management (route to market models).
- Minimum 3 years industry experience.
- Valid rider’s license >1 year experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Relationship management with stockists, farmers and distributors.
- Experience in farmers training.
- Must be registered by KVB.
- Ability to travel / Away from base for extended periods.
