What You’ll Do
- Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts for an AI-powered real estate platform (subscription-based).
- Identify, prospect, and qualify realtors, mortgage brokers, lawyers, and proptech companies.
- Deliver compelling demos, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI.
- Close deals efficiently with confidence, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead outreach to contract signing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and nurture funnel performance.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or real estate tech sales.
- Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed monthly targets of $30K+ in sales.
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Consultative communicator — able to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- KPI-obsessed and motivated to exceed targets while maintaining professionalism.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to explain complex software simply and effectively.
- A team player who thrives in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial culture.
