Role
Internship Overview:
We are looking for a Tech Sales intern to join our dynamic team in Nairobi. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in supporting our technical sales efforts. You’ll assist in understanding client needs, presenting solutions, generating leads, and supporting our sales team with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in Red Hat, IBM, Oracle, and Tally products.
- Lead Generation
- Product Demonstrations: Organize and support product demos to showcase solutions to clients.
- Marketing & Promotion: Contribute to social media campaigns, create engaging website content, and assist with events.
- Market Research: Stay informed on customer needs to help refine our sales approach.
- Sales Process Support: Manage records, track sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
- Relationship Building: Help strengthen relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest or background in IT and related technologies.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field is a plus.
