Team Leaders (Asset Finance) Job Platinum Credit Kisii, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Asset Finance team to achieve individual and team sales, disbursement, and portfolio targets.
- Drive client acquisition and business growth by identifying new markets, prospects, and opportunities for asset-financing products.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Loan Officers through regular performance reviews, training, and on-the-job support.
- Monitor loan applications and portfolio performance, ensuring applications are properly assessed and processed in line with company policies.
- Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring repayments, following up on overdue accounts, and supporting effective loan recovery and collection efforts.
- Promote Asset Finance products by developing sales initiatives and supporting the team in converting prospective customers into active clients.
