Team Lead (Plastic Factory) Job

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or alternatively, a Bachelors of Science with a CIPET Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology
- 10–15 years’ experience in PET preform and closure manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with high-speed European machinery (Husky, Sacmi, Netstal, SIPA, Krauss Maffei)
- Strong experience in plant operations, maintenance (PM, CM), and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD.
- Proven leadership and team management capability in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
- Operations & Production Planning: Execute production plans, manage mould changeovers, monitor material usage, and ensure efficient coordination between production and storage to meet demand and optimize yields.
- Maintenance & Technical Oversight: Oversee maintenance of moulding machines and utilities, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize downtime to ensure continuous production flow.
- Strategy, Budget & Compliance: Manage production costs, drive cost-saving initiatives, oversee supplier coordination, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and supervise plant teams, drive performance, identify training needs, and ensure adherence to operational policies and targets.
