TDB Group Early/Mid-Career Programme Job TDB
Banking Jobs, TDB Jobs. Responsible for supporting the Trade and Development Bank Group’s operations through assignments in areas such as finance, economics, banking, risk management, trade finance, business development, research, and administration. Duties may include conducting research and data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, supporting project implementation. Requires a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.
Qualifications and Competencies
The candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or CIB as added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial, corporate, or Development Banking or Financial institution environment.
- Excellent knowldege of corporate finance, banking, finance and treasury functions.
- Robust knowledge of the regulatory environment in the Bank’s operating region as it relates to corporate finance with excellent knowledge of professional and industry standards.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and adept in financial modelling.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and ERP systems.
- Commitment and passion for African development and regional integration.
- Results-oriented individual with excellent written and communication skills with proven ability to rapidly produce quality reports.
- Proven organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in multinational teams, deliver results and manage client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English, with proficiency in French or Portuguese as added advantage.
