Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest level.
- Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline status updates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience building talent pipelines independently.
- Strong skills in research, candidate sourcing, and passive candidate outreach.
- Experience working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies
