What You Will 4 Do:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy company desired software systems using the company defined technologies.
• Debug and fix errors in the designed and existing codes of the software products.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain detailed systems documentation and user manuals.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to prioritize project requirements and implementations.
• To stay abreast with the current technology trends and developments with a goal of achieving continuous improvements of the existing and future company software systems.
• Train users on developed and existing software systems in the organizations.
• Secure finished software products and their source code.
• Provide timely support to user requests to ensure business continuity.
• Participate fully in the review and maintenance of the developed software.

What We Are Looking For:

Education

• Degree in Computer Science/IT from a recognized University.
• Proven training in software development from a recognized institution.
• Certification in software development from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Over 3 years of experience in continuous software development role.
• At least 1 year experience as a lead software developer.
• Proven software development track record as a team or as an individual or as a software lead developer.

Technical Skills:

• Relational database design and migration skills in (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong Front-end coding and debugging skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, (React, Angular) having Vue, Typescript is a plus.
• Strong Back-end coding and debugging skills in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), NodeJS having Python (Django), Java (Spring Boot), or C# is a plus.
• Good experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS Solutions) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong problem conceptualization capabilities.
• Strong system design capabilities.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work and deliver under strict timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong clients focus with a desire to assist others.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player.
