Supermarket Supervisor Job (15k-20k)

Admin Jobs.

  • Supervise daily operations of the supermarket, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure proper product display and merchandising.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained throughout the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving set targets.
  • Assist in cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure team adherence to store procedures.
  • KCSE Certificate (Minimum)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and sales systems is an added advantage
  • Must be reliable, honest, and goal-oriented.
