Supermarket Attendant -Ruiru Job

Admin Jobs

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly
  • Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock accordingly
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems (if required)
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned sections (e.g., grocery, fresh produce, etc.)
  • Assist in unloading and storing deliveries
  • Support stocktaking and inventory control activities
  • Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
  • KCSE Certificate
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift/move stock
  • Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Honest, dependable, and a good team player
