Student Recruitment Counsellor Job Uni-Study
As we expand our reach, Uni-Study is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Student Recruitment Counsellor. This role is the heartbeat of our organization, acting as the primary link between aspiring students and their future universities.
The successful candidate will work to provide high-quality counseling, manage the end-to-end application process, and drive enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Conversion
- Provide expert, end-to-end guidance to students on international study-abroad programs and destinations.
- Proactively follow up with inquiries and manage lead conversions into successful enrollments.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to align student goals with the right academic programs.
Application & Visa Management
- Guide students through the entire university application and admission journey.
- Assist students with the preparation of complex Visa and application documentation to ensure high success rates.
- Maintain impeccable accuracy in student records and CRM data management.
Marketing & Outreach
- Actively represent Uni-Study at recruitment events, school visits, and information sessions.
- Deliver presentations to schools, institutions, and public forums to build brand awareness.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a relationship-oriented professional with a passion for international education and a “can-do” attitude.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in International Student Recruitment or Education Counselling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Masterful proficiency in Microsoft Office and sophisticated CRM systems.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Personal Attributes:
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong background in Customer Service and relationship management.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and documentation accuracy.
- Deep knowledge of global university systems and visa requirements.
