Structural Assistant III Job Nakuru CPSB
Engineering Jobs, Nakuru CPSB Jobs. Responsible for assisting in the inspection and maintenance of structural works, supporting the preparation of structural drawings and designs, monitoring construction activities, checking the quality of building materials, conducting site inspections, maintaining technical records, preparing progress reports and ensuring compliance with construction standards and safety regulations. Requires a Diploma or Certificate in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. The position is based in Nakuru and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have;
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building; Construction Technician Certificate Part III or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of structural and civil drawings including detailing of steel and concrete structures, layouts and details of drainage schemes, roads and paved areas; and
- Simple survey works under the guidance of a senior officer
