Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: -Public Policy and Administration, International Relations, Public Relations, Strategic Management, Diplomacy, Economics and Finance, Project Management, Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration and Political Science, Social Sciences, International Studies, Development Studies or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Competence in Computer Application Skills
