Duties and Responsibilities
Stock Collection & Monitoring
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales data from each assigned shop
- Monitor stock movement across all outlets to ensure accuracy and availability

Stock Auditing & Reconciliation
- Conduct routine and surprise physical stock counts in all shops
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock and sales records
- Identify, document, and explain variances, shortages, or overages
- Follow up on unresolved discrepancies with shop attendants and supervisors
Stock Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze stock levels to determine optimal reorder quantities
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock items
- Analyze sales trends to support demand planning
- Prepare clear stock audit, variance, and performance reports for management
Loss Prevention & Control
- Detect potential pilferage, damages, expiries, or operational errors
- Investigate causes of stock losses and recommend corrective actions
- Enforce stock control procedures to minimize wastage and theft
- Ensure damaged or expired stock is properly recorded and reported
System & Process Compliance
- Ensure stock data in the system matches physical inventory at all times
- Verify proper use of inventory systems and stock cards at shop level
- Support shop staff in following correct stock handling and recording procedures
- Recommend improvements to inventory management processes
Operational Support
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams on stock replenishment
- Support shop openings, transfers, and stock redistribution between branches
- Train shop staff on basic stock control and audit procedures where required
General Duties
- Maintain high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Submit accurate and timely reports
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to inventory control
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or auditing (added advantage)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Excel and inventory systems)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and across multiple locations
- Integrity and accountability are mandatory
