Sr Land Economist / Registered Valuer & Urban Planning Specialist Job IRES
Real Estate Jobs, Indepth Research Jobs. Looking for a real estate job in Kenya? IRES is hiring a Senior Land Economist / Registered Valuer & Urban Planning Specialist (PhD Level) skilled in valuation, urban planning, and land economics.
Position Summary
Lead land economics, valuation, urban planning, and highest and best use assessments to support the project’s technical and commercial feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land valuation and highest and best use analysis.
- Assess zoning, planning regulations, and infrastructure.
- Review development constraints and land use opportunities.
- Provide recommendations on optimal land utilization.
Minimum Academic Qualification
- PhD in Land Economics, Urban & Regional Planning, Real Estate, Surveying, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Qualifications
- Registered and Practicing Valuer, Registered Estate Agent, Registered Physical Planner, or equivalent professional membership.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in land economics, property valuation, urban planning, and development feasibility studies.
