Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Statistics, Gender Studies, Economics, or Social Sciences.
- 7–10 years’ experience conducting mixed-methods field research within East Africa’s startup or MSME ecosystems.
- Extensive networks with regional innovation hubs, women’s entrepreneur associations, and youth tech communities outside Nairobi.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
