About the role
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering therapeutic massages and body treatments helping clients relax, recover and look their best. You will work as part of an expert team committed to the highest standards of client care and luxury hospitality
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and advise on appropriate treatments
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, body treatments and waxing to the highest standard
- Guide clients through service offerings and recommend personalised treatment plans
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of treatment rooms
- Educate clients on wellness practices
- Ensure guests have an exceptional,relaxing experience throughout their visit
- Adhere to all SPA Sops, grooming standards, health and safety regulations
- Cooperate actively with the wider SPA team
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 year proven experience as a professional SPA Therapist
- ITEC or CIDESCO certified or equivalent
