Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments including full body massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, and manicure/pedicure services following established protocols.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments to enhance their wellness and beauty experience.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment within the spa treatment rooms and common areas.
• Manage client bookings and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on aftercare and product usage to maintain treatment benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and client preferences.
• Collaborate with the spa management team to promote spa packages and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to offer clients the best services.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards and spa policies.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience working in a busy SPA or salon environment.
• Skilled in a range of spa treatments including massage therapy, facials, body scrubs, waxing, manicure, and pedicure.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in spa services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
