Responsibilities
Lead and Grow Your Team
- Coach and develop a diverse spa team (FOAs, therapists, and support staff)
- Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration
- Champion team development plans and create a motivating environment
Drive Sales & Service Excellence
- Align team strengths with sales targets
- Spot training opportunities to enhance individual and team performance
- Guide the team to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences
Run a Smooth, High-Performing Operation
- Oversee day-to-day operations, team scheduling, and resource planning
- Ensure stock, maintenance, and compliance processes are upheld
- Work closely with other branch leaders and HQ support to align on strategy
Delight Clients & Build Loyalty
- Understand client patterns, feedback, and retention needs
- Resolve concerns gracefully and analyze feedback for improvement
- Support FOAs and therapists in calendar maximization and customer journey delivery
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in team leadership within a service-driven environment
- Strong people skills—motivator, listener, coach
- Confident managing multiple departments and building synergy across teams
- Highly organized with a bias for action and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, wellness, or similar
- Bonus: experience with spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality operations
