Solid Waste Management-Admin Interns (Certificate) Job Mombasa CPSB Mombasa, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community awareness on waste segregation and proper disposal
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
- Collect and analyse waste management data
- Support recycling and resource recovery activities at the mrf
- Monitor illegal dumping sites
- Support operations at mwakirunge dumpsite
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications
- A certificate in environmental management, waste management, environmental conservation, waste handling and recycling or any other related technical field from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in computer application
- Be an unemployed kenyan graduate
- Have not retired or exited from formal employment
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work in field environment
- Willingness to learn and work with communities
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain records
