Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering delivery for new commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects
- Support the performance and maintenance of an operational portfolio of 43 solar sites (approximately 8 MW)
- Oversee solar PV design, construction, commissioning, and asset management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Support operational excellence across the company’s renewable energy portfolio
Ideal Candidate
- Certified Solar Engineer with relevant technical qualifications
- Experience in solar PV design, construction management, and commissioning
- Knowledge of asset management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of Kenya’s renewable energy sector
- Willingness to travel frequently for field assignments
