Reporting Structure

• You will report to a dedicated mentor who will guide you throughout the internship, providing support and feedback to ensure your growth and success.

Duration

• The internship spans six (6) months, divided into two phases:
• Training Phase (3 months): Intensive learning sessions covering modern programming languages, development frameworks, and tools, complemented by regular skill assessments.
• Practical Phase (3 months): Hands-on involvement in live projects, where you will collaborate with teams to develop, test, and deploy software solutions under the mentorship of senior developers.
• Outstanding performers may be considered for full-time roles as Software Developers upon completion of the program.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Participate in all training sessions, workshops, and code reviews to enhance your technical skills.
• Contribute to technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code for performance and scalability.
• Engage in innovation initiatives and propose creative solutions to technical challenges.
• Learn and adhere to Agile development methodologies and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• A degree (or pending graduation) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates yet to graduate must provide academic transcripts and an introduction letter from their university.
• Strong understanding of modern programming languages such as C#, PHP, Python, JavaScript, Java etc.
• Familiarity with development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, Spring) and version control tools like Git.
• Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for technology and a keen eagerness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web development technologies
• Experience in Version control tools like Github.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Previous internship or project experience in software development.
