• You should understand what makes Reels and TikToks work.
• You know strong content needs a hook, good pacing, clean framing and content people actually want to watch.
• You understand that shooting for social is different from general videography.

 WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO

• A Shoot high quality Reels and short form content.
• Edit on editing apps e.g. CapCut. Do high level editing.
• Use a modern mix of fonts, Aa transitions, sound effects and clean captions.
• Turn raw footage into polished, ready to post IDEAS content.
• We need people who can shoot and edit.
