Role Overview
The Social Media Intern will support content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking across Mzawadi’s brands. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, digitally aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a passive internship we want someone who can think, create, and execute.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand strategy
- Design and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook & TikTok
- Support campaign execution (product launches, activations, partnerships)
- Assist in writing captions, scripts, and short-form content
- Monitor engagement and respond to online community interactions
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly insights reports
- Support short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video)
- Stay on top of trends and recommend innovative content formats
- Assist in building brand voice consistency across multiple brands
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior experience managing social media pages
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Strong writing and caption development skills
- Understanding of analytics (engagement, reach, CTR, growth metrics)
- Agile, fast learner, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Self-driven and proactive, does not wait to be pushed
- Ability to multitask across multiple brands
- Video editing skills are a strong advantage
