Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Social Media Manager at TechBiz Programmers KE. The SMM will be responsible for social media management, social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for clients based on their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss progress and refine strategies.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement insights.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (FB & IG, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management and Social Media Content Creation skills
• Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge and expertise with CANVA a MUST.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently
• Creative, strategic, and results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
