A Social Media Content Creator develops, produces, and publishes engaging, platform-specific content (videos, graphics, copy) to increase brand awareness and engagement. Key duties include staying current with trends, managing content calendars for TikTok/Instagram/Facebook, filming/editing, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish high-quality, on-brand content, with a focus on short-form video (Reels, TikToks).
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute social media content plans that align with marketing goals and brand identity.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithms, incorporating them into content strategy.
• Management: Schedule, post, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms.
• Engagement: Engage with the audience by replying to comments, messages, and fostering community.
• Analytics: Measure content performance through metrics, evaluating success to improve future content. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing software.
• Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging captions and scripts.
• Creativity: Strong photography and videography skills (filming and editing).
• Experience: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar digital marketing role. 

Common Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A portfolio of previous work (social media handles, videos, campaigns).
