JENGE Village is recruiting an experienced Senior Administration Associate to provide strategic administrative oversight and quality assurance across our member support services. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience who can mentor junior associates while ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide regular oversight to Administration Associates.
- Review work outputs for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on documents, processes, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor and train Administration Associates on best practices and efficiency improvements.
- Handle complex or sensitive administrative matters requiring advanced judgment.
- Manage escalated issues and provide solutions to challenging administrative problems.
- Coordinate workflow distribution among Administration Associates to optimize productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to Associates.
- Liaise with JENGE Village members on service quality and satisfaction.
- Identify process improvements and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Prepare reports on team performance and service delivery metrics.
- Serve as backup support for high-priority or specialized administrative requests.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in administration or executive support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent quality control and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Experience developing processes and training materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP – Certified Administrative Professional).
- Experience in a consulting or multi-client support environment.
- Familiarity with risk management.
- Experience with budget and cost management.
