SF Group is a specialist risk management, security, and logistics provider operating across developed and emerging markets. We are seeking experienced SITE SECURITY &
COMMUNITY LIAISON MANAGERS to lead security operations and foster positive
community relationships at our agricultural project sites, ensuring the safety of personnel,assets, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, deploy, and manage the on-site security team to maintain safe and effective site
• Oversee access control, patrols, incident response, and asset protection in full operations. compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvements to security systems and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, landowners, and law
• enforcement to support proactive security management.
• Develop local intelligence networks to identify emerging threats and provide timely recommendations to management.
• Ensure all incidents are thoroughly investigated, documented, and reported.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in security management, including leading security teams or contracted personnel; experience in project sites, rural environments, or operational facilities is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills.
• Excellent report writing, risk identification, and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with local stakeholders, authorities, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Candidates must originate from or currently reside in the target locations, Uasin
• Gishu (Kaptagat), or Nyandarua (Ol Kalou) with strong local knowledge and established community relationships being a distinct advantage.
