Job Overview
- Providing immediate medical attention to employees and contractors at Unity Homes
- Responding to emergencies.
- Administering first aid, training and hygiene inspections .
- Conducting TBT’s and ensuring that the site complies with health and safety regulations.
- Pre -Employment -Advice on employee status regarding the fit to work certificates .
- Medical Evaluation: Evaluate the health and condition of injured or ill workers and determine if further medical treatment is needed.
Job Description
- Coordinate with local available medical facilities for transportation if necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all medical treatments and incidents. Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring the construction site meets all health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential health risks.
- Training & Education: Provide training sessions for staff on first aid,CPR, and other health and safety practices. Promote health and wellness programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of science in paramedical science
- EMT -Intermediate
