Our client in the Tours and Travel industry is seeking to recruit an
experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join their
team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel planning (flights, accommodation, tours, visas, insurance)
- Design customized itineraries for corporate and leisure clients
- Handle complex bookings, changes, and travel disruptions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive sales through upselling and client retention
- Mentor junior consultants and support team performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality
- Proven experience in travel consultancy (corporate & leisure preferred)
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
