Duties and Responsibilities
- Fully manage the full-truck sales business in Kenya, formulate and implement localized sales strategies, marketing promotion plans and annual sales targets, and deeply cultivate the local heavy-duty truck market.
- Leverage existing industry resources to develop and maintain core customers and channel partners, accurately identify customer demands, provide professional sales solutions, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of localized brand promotion and marketing activities, continuously enhance SINOTRUK’s brand influence and market share in the East African commercial vehicle market.
- Oversee sales team management, establish and improve the sales system, formulate sales incentive policies, lead major sales decisions, and deliver market analysis and integrated sales plans for senior management’s final decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with after-sales, spare parts and service teams to build an integrated “sales + service” system, ensure high-quality customer service, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor industry dynamics, competitor information and market trends, optimize sales strategies in a timely manner, and avoid potential market risks.
