Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning and budgeting, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost control measures, and preparing detailed cost reports. Additional tasks include managing contracts, evaluating project costs, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the financial efficiency of assigned construction and interior design projects.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management principles
- Ability to create detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and expertise in Cost Planning
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing comprehensive Cost Reports
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction and interior design industry standards and practices
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for quantity surveying and cost management
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in residential, corporate, retail, or hospitality projects will be an added advantage
- Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying is highly desirable
